- Perform inventory cycle counts at multiple warehouse locations
- Ability to type detailed information into database
- Read and interpret documents (i.e., invoices, shipping labels, BOLs, etc)
- Evaluate datasets for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Evaluate and research inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the company database
- Generate data reports on periodic basis for management and customers
- Maintain logs and databases for inventory accuracy
- Create and update warehouse mapping system
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for inbound / receiving inventory
- Communicating with cross-functional teams
- Other general office administrative / customer service duties
- WILL PROVIDE TRAINING
- Must be computer / tech savvy ( technical experience with computers and computer software)
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- 2+ Years in Inventory / Cycle counting or related field
- Reliable form of transportation (Some travel required)
- An open schedule (Some Saturdays shifts and/or overtime will be required)
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
- Willingness to help in all aspects / departments
- Drone Piloting / Flying (Not required, but a plus)
- Forklift Operating (Not required, but a plus)
- WILL PROVIDE TRAINING
