Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with an established organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as a key resource for employees and leadership. This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys employee relations, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced work environment. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and overall HR support. Key Responsibilities Manage daily HR operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Partner with leadership on performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives. Oversee recruitment, interviewing, background checks, onboarding, and new hire documentation. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures. Coordinate workers' compensation reporting and workplace investigations. Support payroll processing, timecard approvals, benefits enrollment, and leave administration. Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel documentation. Collaborate with senior HR leadership on organizational development and employee-related matters. Qualifications 5–7 years of HR Generalist or HR Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar high-volume environment. Strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employment law compliance. Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees. Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HRIS systems, timekeeping, and HR policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential employee matters professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. High school diploma or GED required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. PHR or SHRM-CP certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
