Immediately hiring a CNC Moulder Operator in Mays Landing, NJ

We're hiring a Moulder Operator for a premier millwork manufacturing plant in Mays Landing, NJ. This is a long-term career opportunity and we're hiring immediately!

Shift/Pay

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm - 12am

Pay: $22-24 an hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine required profiles and machine setup.
• Select, install, and adjust cutting heads and tooling for each production run.
• Operate the moulder (including Weinig P600) and monitor material flow for consistent performance.
• Inspect in‑process and finished PVC products to verify accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Record production data, including quantities, quality notes, and operational details.

Skills

• 2+ years of strong machine‑operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Preferred to have ability to operate CNC machinery confidently and independently.
• Proficiency with tape measures and fractional measurements.
• Solid verbal communication, mathematical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mays Landing, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
