You will represent NAC on the road while ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety standards, and providing excellent customer service at every stop./ppThis role is ideal for a safety-focused, reliable driver who takes pride in representing a respected company and building strong customer relationships./ppWhat You Can Expect to Do as a CDL Driver:/pulliSafely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CDL Class A or B, depending on location)/liliDeliver composite materials, resins, and specialty products to customers on assigned routes/liliLoad and unload materials in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures/liliEnsure proper handling of hazardous materials (HAZMAT endorsement preferred in some locations)/liliPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation/liliMaintain accurate delivery records and shipping paperwork/liliCommunicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams/liliProvide exceptional customer service during deliveries/liliMaintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations/liliAssist with warehouse duties as needed when not on route/li/ulpWhat We Are Looking For in a CDL Driver:/pulliValid CDL Class A or B license (based on location requirements)/liliClean driving record and strong safety history/lili2+ years of commercial driving experience preferred/liliHAZMAT endorsement or willingness to obtain (preferred)/liliAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and safely move materials/liliFamiliarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging systems/liliStrong communication and customer service skills/liliHigh attention to detail and commitment to safety/liliAbility to work independently while representing NAC professionally/li/ulpWhy NAC?/pulliPositive, team-oriented work environment/liliCompetitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match/liliStable, family-owned organization with a long-standing reputation in the industry/liliOpportunity to be part of a company that values safety, service, and teamwork/li/ulpNorth American Composites is an equal opportunity employer and encourages diversity in the workplace./p/div
