As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. What's in it for you: * Site Location: Alpharetta GA 30004 * Flexible schedule: Shift Times & Days varies based on availability. 24-40 HRS per week. * Competitive hourly wage of $17.75 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) * A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options * Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld * Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard * Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner; provide high-level customer service at all times * Monitor and control building access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises * Verify identification, credentials, and visitor logs in accordance with security protocols * Maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols of interior areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restricted spaces * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow established procedures for evacuation, medical situations, or disturbances * Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations to management and/or law enforcement * Provide concierge-style support, including answering inquiries, giving directions, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard * Be authorized to work in the U.S. * 1-2 years of Security experience preferred. * Customer Service and/ or concierge experience is a plus! * Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED * Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process * Exceptional customer service skills * Proficient in basic phone & computer skills * If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better! * You have a state license if required In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
