The firm offers a collaborative environment, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for experienced lawyers to work on complex employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions.
Job Description
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including compliance, policies, and procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and contracts.
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on best practices in employment law.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal challenges effectively.
- Develop strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Support client development and business growth initiatives as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- At least six years of experience working in employment law and related legal matters.
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to represent clients in complex employment-related cases.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research and staying informed on legal developments.
- Effective communication and client management abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services within the professional services industry.
