Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CNA at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff, and support the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, walking, and mobility

• Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Support the overall well-being of patients, including emotional and social support

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred

Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
