Why You Should Apply Competitive Salary: $100,000-$120,000 depending on qualifications and experience Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance & 401(k) with match Leadership Role: Manage and develop a quality team of engineers and technicians Exciting Challenges: Oversee IATF-16949 quality system & defect reduction initiatives Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development What You’ll Be Doing Managing the IATF-16949 quality management system as the Management Representative Driving defect reduction efforts and resolving customer quality concerns Overseeing final inspections and ensuring efficient product flow Leading quality management initiatives and aligning with customer requirements Managing department personnel, training, and workflow optimization Collaborating in APQP meetings to prevent and address processing issues Ensuring calibration system accuracy and overseeing PPAP submissions About You Be able to do the job as described Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering or manufacturing technology Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment Experience in an IATF 16949 manufacturing environment ASQ training and certification preferred How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
