Are you a strong clinical leader with a passion for mentorship and quality care? We're seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team and support the delivery of exceptional care in our post-acute care facility.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing day-to-day clinical operations

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff

• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of resident care

• Participate in staff education, training, and performance evaluations

• Support care plan development and implementation in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Help manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management programs

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Previous experience in a leadership role within long-term or post-acute care

• Strong understanding of nursing regulations and standards of practice

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration
