Position - Reconstruction Project Manager.

Job Location - Sheboygan, WI.

Starting Date - ASAP.

Employment Term - Direct-hire.

Employment Type - Full-time.

Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift.

Starting Pay - $75,000/year-80,000/year, with incentives, a company car, a cell phone, and a laptop.

Required Education - High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience - At least 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities -

-Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and quality control measures.

-Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project requirements, scope, and goals.

-Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality, and safety.

-Identify and manage project risks, including changes to scope, schedule, and budget.

-Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making budget adjustments as necessary.

-Ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.

-Coordinate with project teams to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

-Monitor project progress and, at minimum, provide and log weekly updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

-Communicate with subcontractors to ensure that all parties are informed of project status and any changes to the project plan.

-Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

-Manage project close-out activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty work.

-Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

-Ensure compliance with accounting and administrative teams.
