We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Finance Manager to build FP&A & Strategic Finance from the ground up. This is a foundational role with direct exposure to the C-suite, Board, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Performance & Planning: Long-term and annual planning, quarterly board reporting, and monthly financial performance review process. KPIs, milestones, variance analysis, and capital efficiency. Cash runway, cap table, scenario planning, and ROI modeling.
- Strategy, Board & Investors: Board decks, investor updates, fundraising, and diligence support. Capital allocation across R&D, headcount, and strategic investments and partnerships.
- Unit Economics, Pricing & GTM: First-principles unit economics, including should-cost analysis. Pricing strategy, GTM economics, and customer ROI. Contract and deal modeling.
- FinOps, Data & Analytics: Help lead FinOps and AI infrastructure analysis. Connect technical performance metrics to financial outcomes. Drive analytics using automation, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tools.
- Build & Scale the Function: Own finance systems: Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, QuickBooks, Carta, Rippling, Anaplan, and related software suites. Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern FP&A/analytics platforms a plus. Recruit a world-class team as the company scales.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, growth equity, and/or PE/VC at leading tech/semiconductor/AI companies, and/or top-tier firms.
- Elite financial modeling + executive-level communication skills.
- Strong interest in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and compute economics.
- Builder mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, takes ownership.
- Comfortable working directly with Founders, Boards, and institutional investors.
- Top-tier academic record required, CPA and other relevant certifications welcomed.
