Senior Paralegal

Draft, proofread, and electronically file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. Manage electronic court filings (e-filing) and maintain litigation calendars to ensure compliance with all filing deadlines. Conduct Bluebook cite-checking and citation verification for briefs, memoranda, and other legal filings. Retrieve court records, docket reports, filings, and public documents from courts and government agencies. Coordinate with court reporters, process servers, e-discovery vendors, trial consultants, and other external litigation support providers. Organize, maintain, and manage both electronic and physical case files throughout the litigation lifecycle. Support document collection, review, production, and overall case management activities. Assist with all phases of discovery, including document requests, subpoenas, and e-discovery processes. Monitor case deadlines, litigation milestones, and attorney calendars to ensure timely case progression. Provide trial support by preparing exhibits, trial binders, witness materials, and coordinating logistics.
