Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and report the department budget, collaborating with the Vice President and business leadership to ensure annual budgets are met. Track and report lobbying and Board of Elections compliance in close collaboration with the Vice President. Manage all procurement activities, including developing requests for proposal, technical bid evaluation, purchase order creation, and invoice processing to ensure department needs are met and vendors are paid in a timely manner. Manage corporate donations program by vetting recommendations with the Vice President, securing required paperwork, ensuring executive approval, and meeting corporate compliance rules; process payments and manage budget; coordinate and participate in recognition events. Maintain the government officials contact database to promote efficient communication and advance the interests of external stakeholders and the Company. Resolve constituent issues related to the Company raised by elected officials. Coordinate public information meetings, public hearings, town meetings, and legislative meetings related to assigned projects. Organize special events such as meetings and volunteer opportunities for team members. Support the PLO team prior to and during emergency events by distributing press releases and other relevant information to government officials. Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (preferred) or an Associate’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience includes customer service, managing corporate department budgets, public affairs, government affairs, or communications. Experience working with community organizations or in a setting that engages with community organizations (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively interact with external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with community organizations. Initiative & Change. Focused on Results.
