We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating a high volume of virtual and on-site interview schedules to support our recruitment team and meet business needs. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to candidates and ensure seamless communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and on-site interview schedules, adhering to team guidelines and timelines.
• Communicate interview status to candidates promptly and provide a high-touch customer service experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams, addressing any scheduling obstacles.
• Partner with administrative assistants across all organizational levels for scheduling support.
• Oversee on-site interview coordination, including travel arrangements and candidate reimbursement processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal mandates by accurately capturing interview schedules and receipts.
• Confirm interview details with the interview team and candidates two days prior to interviews.
• Manage requisition and candidate workflow in the applicant tracking system.
• Escort high-level candidates during their interview day to enhance their experience.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, share scheduling volume, and assist colleagues as needed.
• Proactively solve problems and take initiative in day-to-day tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Take ownership of workload and contribute to process improvement.
• Engage in quarterly team meetings and presentations on relevant industry topics.

Education Qualification

• Minimum of an Associate Degree required; a degree in Human Resources is preferred.

Travel Required: No

Pay Range: $25/hr to $30/hr
