Join our physical therapy clinic team as a Patient Care Coordinator where you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can create a positive first impression while efficiently managing administrative responsibilities to ensure our clinic runs smoothly and our patients feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.*We are open to part-time and full-time shift preferences.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in patients, verifying insurance and collecting required documentationSchedule and confirm appointments, managing the therapists' calendars effectivelyAnswer phones professionally and direct calls appropriatelyProcess patient payments and manage daily financial transactionsVerify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizationsManage electronic medical records and ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-dateCoordinate with clinical staff regarding patient flow and schedulingMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaHandle general office duties including patient documents and supply managementAssist with insurance claims processing as neededParticipate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
