As an integral part of the school-based team, you'll assess, plan, and deliver therapy services tailored to the needs of each student. Qualifications:

• Oregon SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting highly preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Adaptable to shifting caseload needs and varying age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services based on IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Provide support and resources to assist classroom implementation of communication goals
