Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with varying speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that foster measurable progress
• Track and document student advancements with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with educators, specialists, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Serve as a resource to families by educating and involving them in the therapeutic process

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly regarded
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated capability to work independently while thriving as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
