Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school-based practice
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP procedures and special education processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in collaboration with school teams
• Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work hands-on with diverse caseloads of elementary, middle, or high school students
• Partner with families and classroom teachers to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and relevant trainings
• Foster a positive, supportive environment for students to achieve communication goals
