Senior Associate White Collar and Investigations

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in White Collar and Investigations in Saint Louis, MO. The role involves working closely with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and representing survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Candidates with six to eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation, particularly in federal government investigations, are preferred. Duties Conduct supply chain investigations and audits. Perform internal investigations for corporate clients. Draft and review compliance programs and policies. Represent clients in federal government investigations. Engage in pro bono work within the Human Trafficking Legal Clinic. Requirements Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred. Background in criminal and civil litigation. Experience with corporate governance issues is a plus. Interest in agriculture or food industries is advantageous. Active bar license in the state of application or commitment to obtain one. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in the relevant state. Skills Exceptional judgment and ability to handle multiple projects. Superior interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate legal strategies effectively.
