Registered Nurse - Mother BabyWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns.Monitor patient status and respond to any changes in condition.Educate patients and families regarding newborn care and maternal health.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Adhere to safety and quality standards within the unit.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Mother Baby setting.Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications are required.Experience working in a 40-bed Mother Baby unit is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work varied shifts, including potential weekend and holiday coverage.Holiday RequirementsThe selected candidate must be available to work during the holiday season, including:Two major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.One minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about providing care to mothers and their newborns, we encourage you to apply.
