Job Description
The Associate Lab Technician will operate instruments, track test results, and troubleshoot issues when problems arise. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, technical writing abilities, and a solid mathematical background with emphasis on calculus.
Responsibilities
- Operate laboratory instruments and equipment
- Track, record, and maintain test results
- Troubleshoot testing or instrumentation issues as needed
- Utilize office software and computer applications for reporting and documentation
- Support technical writing and documentation activities
- Work with technical data and perform mathematical calculations as required
Required Qualifications
- Experience with basic computer functions is required
- Experience with technical writing, computer-aided design (CAD), drafting, and office software preferred
- Proficiency in high-level mathematics, with emphasis on calculus
- College degree or accredited training in a field relevant to the industry preferred
