Job Description Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patientsGeneral Ortho Neuro Plastics Peds OB Vascular Thoracic Hands Podiatry Urology Endo IR Cath/EP/TEE MRIUtilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia recordsEnsure compliance with hospital policies procedural protocols and safety standards36-40hrs/week 8s amp12s or 10s. Monday-FridayOn call available but not required for locums providersOperate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level III Trauma CenterPatient Population: Peds 10 Adult/Geriatric 90 Outpatient vs Inpatient: 80 outpatient / 20 inpatientAverage # of Patients Per Day: 35 cases OR plus 20 offsite casesRequired Duties Procedures Skills etc: variety of cases no open hearts A-lines no blocks/regionalAdditional Notes: great culture team approach work environmentNo additional travel reimbursement approved Perm Placement/Conversion : 18k Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion hours = 2500 reduction320-639 hours = 4500 reduction640hours = 5500 reductionRegardless of number of hours a CRNA has worked reduction will not exceed 5500 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checks Henry Ford does not reimburse for application or credentialing fees.
