What You’ll Do

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
• Manage cases across specialties including general, ortho, neuro, plastics, OB, vascular, thoracic, urology, and more
• Accurately document all procedures and anesthesia records using Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team within a Level III Trauma Center setting
• Provide anesthesia care for approximately 35 cases daily, plus 20 off-site cases
• Support outpatient and inpatient procedures, with minimal regional or open-heart cases
• Operate within a patient-focused, team-driven environment focused on quality and safety

What You Need

Required:

• Valid CRNA license in Michigan
• Prior experience with diverse anesthesia cases
• Strong documentation skills using EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in a hospital-based, trauma center setting
• Comfort managing both pediatric and adult patient populations
