A well-established commercial glazing and window contractor with a strong reputation across New Jersey public works projects, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing to join the team in Central New Jersey. What You'll Do as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing: Prepare estimates and bid packages for commercial glazing and facade projects Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents using Bluebeam and Excel Coordinate closely with architects, vendors, and internal fabrication teams Support project management functions throughout the project lifecycle Work primarily on public works projects including schools and municipal buildings Assist with takeoffs, pricing, submittals, and material coordination Collaborate with leadership on ongoing and upcoming project opportunities Help maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and architectural partners Must-Haves as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing: Minimum 2 years of estimating experience within commercial glazing, curtainwall, storefront, or facade construction Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment Stable work history and team-oriented attitude Nice-to-Haves as the Estimator/Project Manager - Commercial Glazing: Prior project management experience in glazing or facade construction Experience with public works or school construction projects Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes Understanding of prevailing wage projects The Company Offers: Base salary typically in the $100,000-$110,000 range with flexibility for highly qualified candidates Discretionary and spot bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Blue Cross Blue Shield healthcare plans with 75% employee coverage paid by the company PTO policy built on flexibility and trust Long-term career growth with a stable and growing business Strong project backlog and repeat clientele Team-oriented culture with excellent employee retention Leadership that invests in employees, tools, training, and career development Fun and relaxed environment with company outings, events, and celebrations Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
