Technical HVAC Technician Responsibilities

Salary and Benefits

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, according to experience

40 guaranteed weekly hours

Technical HVAC Technician Requirements

EPA Universal Certification (required)

Experience in refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC)

Ability to work in residential maintenance and customer service

Positive attitude and sense of urgency

Availability to participate in on-call program

Hiring Process

The complete process takes approximately 2 weeks or less and includes:

• Initial interview.
• Interview with the hiring team.
• Final interview with management.
• HVAC technical knowledge exam.

Selected candidates must be available to start working within 2 weeks after receiving the job offer.
