We're partnering with a growing organization in Clearwater seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant who truly understands the mechanics of accounting . This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking for stability, impact, and long-term growth .
What You'll Do

• Perform month-end close , including journal entries and work papers
  
• Complete account reconciliations (GL, bank, sub-ledgers)
  
• Manage Accounts Receivable : billing, cash applications, collections
  
• Process customer invoices, credit memos, and RMAs
  
• Apply daily cash receipts and maintain accurate customer accounts
  
• Conduct collections and monitor A/R aging (target DSO ~45 days)
  
• Perform credit reviews, set limits, and manage credit holds
  
• Support financial analysis, reporting, and special projects
  
• Work extensively in SAP and Excel
  

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of accounting experience
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (required)
  
• Degrees in Finance or other fields will not be considered
  
  
• Strong Accounts Receivable background (billing, cash apps, collections)
  
• SAP experience strongly preferred
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive
