Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will contribute to logistics and order fulfillment. This entry-level role involves picking orders, preparing shipments, labeling products, and conducting quality inspections. You will also assist in unpacking incoming freight, checking it into the system, and assembling hoses and tubes for military projects. Responsibilities Pick and prepare orders for shipping. Label products before shipment and conduct quality inspections. Assist with unpackaging incoming freight and checking it into the system. Help with inventory cycle counting and order picking. Assemble hoses and tubes for military projects. Essential Skills Production experience Order picking Reach truck operation Cherry picker operation RF scanner gun usage Inventory software proficiency Cycle counting Warehouse material handling Forklift operation Loading and picking Tape measure usage High School diploma Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior forklift experience Experience with tape measures Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a somewhat noisy yet clean and maintained production facility. The environment is climate-controlled throughout winter and summer, with investments in new equipment. Enjoy a swing shift from 9:30am to 6pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
