Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales Representative (Junior-Level)

We are hiring a Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales Representative to own the entire sales process for enterprise clients across the US and Latin America. You will work directly with a fast-growing AI commerce technology company that helps brands turn video and interactive content into revenue. This is not a lead-passing role. You will source your own opportunities, run discovery, build the business case, negotiate, and close. You will sell to enterprise buyers in both English and Spanish, which means you need to be equally sharp in both languages when the conversation shifts from a demo to a contract discussion. Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for enterprise accounts in the US and Latin America Build and maintain your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound follow-up Run discovery calls that uncover real business problems, not just surface-level interest Deliver product demos and tailored proposals to enterprise stakeholders, including senior decision makers Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and drive deals to signature Sell confidently in both English and Spanish depending on the market and the buyer Own a quota and report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and closed revenue Keep CRM data clean and current so forecasting stays reliable Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to keep the handoff smooth after close 1 to 3 years of recent full-cycle sales experience in SaaS or technology Proven experience selling to enterprise accounts, not SMB or mid-market only Track record of hitting or exceeding quota Experience working with US and Latin American customers Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken Demonstrated ability to sell in both languages, not just hold a conversation Nice to Have Experience selling AI, eCommerce, video commerce, or martech solutions Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or Apollo Experience selling into retail, consumer brands, or eCommerce organizations This is a 100% home-based position Health Insurance for Independent Contractors Holiday Extra Pay 15 PTOs per year (10 vacation PTOs, 4 mental health days, 1 birthday leave) Gym Reimbursement Program The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client’s needs.
