Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail. Present beverage menus that highlight small-batch cocktails, featured spirits, and rotating flavor options. Maintain thorough knowledge of all drink recipes, garnishes, and ingredients, including rotating features and promotions. Recommend pairings and cocktails, as well as spirits and food offerings, through conversational hospitality. Manage the pace of the bar with professionalism—balancing guest flow, ticket volume, and takeout orders. Prepare and serve drinks for servers’ guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining strong communication with the service team. Handle all cash and card transactions with accuracy, integrity, and accountability. Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and presentation—including bar tops, wells, coolers, shelves, and floors. Ensure bar seating areas and nearby tables remain clean and inviting. Comply with all local alcohol service laws and the company’s responsible service policies. Support team members by running drinks, assisting with side work, and maintaining a collaborative environment. Uphold Red Door standards for appearance, hospitality, and the philosophy of Leave your troubles at the door. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds. Current alcohol service certification (state or local requirement). Prior bartending experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or upscale environment. Completion of required server training and knowledge. Must maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and team alignment at all times. What Success Looks Like Every guest feels welcome, relaxed, and cared for from first greeting to last pour. Drinks are crafted with precision and consistency every time. The bar operates smoothly, maintaining pace even during peak hours. Bar areas remain spotless, organized, and visually polished.
