We've built a solid HR foundation — recruiting, onboarding, and processes are in place — and we're looking for an experienced HR professional to own it, systematize it, and scale it with us. Trainual needs a day-to-day steward. Compliance is actively managed with Vensure's HR professionals' support, but needs an internal owner to close gaps and keep pace with a firm that is doubling.
