Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This individual will serve as a strategic Recruiting Business Partner, managing the end-to-end recruitment process while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes. The role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
• Lead candidate sourcing efforts using multiple channels to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate assessment, interview preparation, interview coordination, and feedback collection.
• Drive offer creation, negotiation, and closing activities to secure top talent.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data to identify trends, improve processes, and influence hiring decisions.
• Manage requisition activity, hiring forecasts, and candidate pipelines to ensure timely delivery against business objectives.
• Provide a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes of employee status.
• May lead and direct the work of others.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree may be required.

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment and a strong background in stakeholder management.

Skills: Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience. Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruiting metrics. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnering skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience operating in a Recruiting Business Partner or Talent Advisor capacity.
• Experience supporting complex or high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge, and recruiting expertise.
