Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, seeks a Technical Recruiter II to join their team. As a Technical Recruiter II, you will be part of the global recruiting organization supporting our client. The role is dedicated to recruiting for Solutions Architecture positions within the client’s organization, requiring strong experience recruiting Solutions Architects, including Pre and Post‑Sales talent. Job Title Technical Recruiter - Solution Architects Preferred Location Seattle, WA 98101 (100% Onsite) Pay Range $42-45/hr Job Type 11-month contract with potential for extension Schedule M-F 8am-5pm PT Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies. Drive candidate generation efforts through innovative sourcing techniques and market research. Manage candidate pipelines by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and chemistry. Screen, interview, and prepare a high‑quality candidate slate within designated timelines. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high‑volume or technical environment and for executive level positions. Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
