# Hardware Sourcing RecruiterApply**Job#: 3041781****Job Description:****Technical Sourcing Recruiter – Hardware & Software Engineering****Role Overview**The Technical Sourcing Recruiter builds and delivers high‐caliber pipelines across hardware and software engineering disciplines that support complex product development in devices, robotics, embedded systems, and AI‐driven technologies. This role blends deep technical sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and high‐touch candidate engagement to identify talent capable of working at the intersection of **hardware, firmware, and software**.**Why the Role Exists**A temporary recruiter is needed to support increased hiring demand across engineering functions.**Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities*** **Full‐cycle sourcing** for senior‐level hardware and software engineering roles* **Schedule management**: M–F, 9am–5pm (40 hrs/week); OT available with pre‐approval based on KPIs* **Hiring manager partnership**: Work directly with engineering leaders to understand role requirements and deliver end‐to‐end sourcing support* **Candidate mix**: Source both internal and external candidates* **Cross‐functional collaboration**: Engage with hardware, firmware, software, reliability, supply chain, and operations teams* **Workflow ownership**: Maintain productivity, follow SOPs, and uphold an organized desk/workflow**Team Culture & Value Proposition*** Fast‐moving, high‐performing recruiting team supporting rapidly growing engineering functions* Exposure to senior technical leaders and high‐impact product teams* Opportunity to recruit for some of the most resource‐intensive engineering disciplines (hardware, embedded systems, robotics, AI)* Frontline impact supporting core product development and innovation**Candidate Requirements****Top 3 Must‐Have Skills*** **3+ years recruiting experience*** **Ability to operate in a fast‐paced environment*** **Strong delivery against metrics and results****Nice‐to‐Haves*** **Sourcing research skills*** **Ability to work independently*** **Candidate analysis and search expertise****Experience & Background*** Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience* Agency background (3+ years) strongly preferred* Prior experience with high‐volume technical sourcing is a plus* Bachelor’s degree preferred**Disqualifiers*** Frequent job‐hopping (less than 2 years tenure per role) *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
