Senior Technical Recruiter, Connected Warfare (Contract)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States or Costa Mesa, California (6‑month contract)

Establish deep trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.

Build trust through consistent performance and a strong operating rhythm in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Track and analyze pipeline and performance data to gain insights and translate them into a data‑driven narrative.

Build recruiting strategies that support long‑range growth, implementing best practices around referrals and process improvements.

Act as subject‑matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web‑scraping, process automation, and candidate management.

Conduct interviews with potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and achieve high interview‑to‑offer ratios.

Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, referral and SOBO campaigns.

Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.

6+ years of recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, closing top‑tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).

Experience hiring candidates in robotics specialties such as computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, and mapping.

4+ years of client interaction, working with hiring managers and directors to take new requirements, review profiles, and update pipeline progress.

Experience managing various candidate funnels and tracking progress throughout the recruitment process.

Working knowledge of applicant‑tracking and HRIS systems.

Self‑sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

Resilient and creative, able to troubleshoot and create solutions on the fly.
