Certified Nursing Assistant (Skilled Care) Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to fill an opening with a skilled care facility located in Queens, New York. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and overall well-being, to the nursing team. Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the night shift, responding promptly to call lights and resident needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury and promote resident independence. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
