Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance Specialist
Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support residential facilities and homes. This individual will work directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and complete 1-3 work orders per day at various residential properties within a 10-mile radius.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Changing light bulbs and air filters
- Replacing locks, doorknobs, and handles
- Patching and painting walls and doors
- Installing smoke detectors
- Replacing mailboxes and posts
- Caulking, re-caulking, and grouting
- Installing showerheads and bathroom fixtures
- Repairing fences, decks, porches, and window screens
- Hanging blinds, curtain rods, and fixtures
- Minor concrete/cement repairs
- Moving and relocating furniture
- Transporting materials or making supply runs to Home Depot
- Completing daily work order logs and maintenance documentation
