About the Role
SWM Digital is looking for a Part-Time Senior Account Manager to join our growing team and support a portfolio of healthcare, SaaS, and agency partner accounts.
Reporting to the EVP of Client Services, this role will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, leading status meetings, coordinating deliverables, managing reporting, and ensuring projects move smoothly from strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and comfortable discussing digital marketing performance across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, and analytics. While you will not be responsible for executing campaigns directly, you should understand how digital marketing channels work together and be able to translate performance data into clear recommendations for clients.
This position begins as a part-time contract role (20-25 hours per week) with the opportunity to expand into a larger role as the agency continues to grow.
What You'll DoClient Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
- Lead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client status meetings
- Manage client requests, priorities, and expectations
- Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the work being delivered
Account Management & Performance Oversight
- Review campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, and analytics platforms
- Partner with internal specialists to develop strategic recommendations and optimization plans
- Prepare and present monthly performance recaps and quarterly business reviews
- Help clients understand performance against goals, KPIs, and business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve results and drive account growth
Project Management & Team Coordination
- Coordinate internal specialists across paid media, SEO, analytics, and strategy
- Delegate tasks and manage project timelines
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
- Maintain clear project documentation and follow-up actions
Reporting & Insights
- Review dashboards and reports for accuracy and insights
- Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations
- Surface key trends, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure reporting tells a clear story and aligns with client goals
Account Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and introduce additional agency services
- Support proposal development and strategic recommendations for existing clients
- Help strengthen client retention and long-term partnerships
QualificationsRequired Experience
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, digital marketing, or agency environments
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Programmatic Media
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEO fundamentals
- Marketing reporting and measurement
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Agency or consulting experience
- Experience working with healthcare, pharmaceutical, SaaS, or B2B clients
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Successfully manage a portfolio of client accounts with confidence and minimal oversight
- Lead client meetings and performance discussions
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure projects remain on track
- Deliver actionable recommendations backed by data
- Build trusted relationships with clients and become an extension of their teams
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: EVP of Client Services
- Works closely with: Paid Media Specialists, SEO Specialists, Analytics Team, Strategy Team, and Agency Leadership
- Direct Reports: None initially
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- Contract position
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week
- Compensation: $4,500 per month
- Fully remote
