About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst with a focus on capital management and financial planning for its risk-bearing entities. Key responsibilities include owning capital adequacy modeling, maintaining and developing loss reserve models, and leading underwriting profitability analysis. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years' of experience in insurance capital management, ERM, actuarial finance, or statutory FP&A. Deep familiarity with insurance capital frameworks and hands-on experience with AM Best's BCAR model are essential.
