About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Investor Relations for its Credit Fund, with a primary focus on LP capital raising. This role is highly relationship-driven, requiring the successful candidate to bring and nurture a network of LP relationships, including family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions. The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers, matching investment opportunities to the specific mandates of each investor, and guiding the process from initial conversation to commitment. The position demands a professional with a strong background in investor relations, private funds, or related fields, and a proven track record of raising institutional capital. Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in investor relations, placement, private credit, venture capital, private equity, or similar areas. An established network of LP relationships is a core requirement, and direct experience with private credit or first-time fund raises is a significant advantage. The role also involves supporting the development of fundraising materials, maintaining a disciplined pipeline, and providing regular progress reports to the company's leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent business English, strong project management skills, and the ability to engage with senior investors as a peer. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are viewed favorably.
