Assembler

Your primary focus will be to construct fabricated components at designated floor workstations. You will be responsible for testing and calibrating mechanisms to ensure they align with precise product specifications and tolerances. By utilizing both hand and power tools, you will build units in accordance with established assembly guidelines. Additionally, you will help maintain quality standards by identifying and repairing any units that do not meet the required testing benchmarks. To qualify for this role, you should hold a high school diploma or an equivalent credential. You might need to finish a formal training program or apprenticeship related to this specialty. Candidates typically bring up to two years of relevant experience, along with a solid grasp of standard industry practices and procedures. You will perform your duties by following set guidelines and direct instructions under the guidance of a supervisor, as this position generally does not involve independent decision-making. Physical and Environmental Factors This role involves lifting tasks that are generally capped at 30 pounds without frequent repetition. You should be prepared for moderate exposure to various physical, biological, chemical, and machinery-related risks.
