Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud, including custom development, integrations, event-driven architectures, and data management, while delivering scalable and high-performing business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Batch Apex.
• Design and implement Salesforce CRM data models, security models, analytics, and CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions.
• Develop and support batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain scalable event-driven architectures and batch processing solutions.
• Develop and enhance Salesforce Experience Cloud applications and portals.
• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including data transformation, calculated insights, identity resolution, and zero-copy federation.
• Configure and manage data streams and support batch and real-time data integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Utilize Visual Studio Code and GitHub for source control, development, and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM data model, security model, analytics, and CRM Analytics (CRMA).
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Batch Apex.
• Experience building batch, real-time, and event-driven integrations.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and batch processing.
• Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation, calculated insights, zero-copy federation, identity resolution, and data streams.
• Experience implementing batch and real-time integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code and GitHub.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a MacBook-based development environment.
