About the Role AnHVAC mechanical contractor servingFlorida is hiring an HVAC Sales Representative to workdirectly with homeowners on system replacements and new installations. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales and being out meeting customers. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and recommend solutions Sell replacement systems, upgrades, and new installations Explain energy efficiency options and system upgrades Prepare quotes and proposals for residential projects Read and interpret basic construction plans and system layouts Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success Maintain accurate sales records using Excel or CRM systems What You'll Need 1+ years of HVAC, construction, or in-home sales experience preferred Bilingual strongly preferred Ability to understand HVAC systems and residential installations Comfortable meeting customers in their homes Ability to read blueprints or system layouts a plus Strong communication and closing skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally HVAC Sales Representative Miami, FL | $50,000–$70,000 base + commission About the Role AnHVAC mechanical contractor servingFlorida is hiring an HVAC Sales Representative to workdirectly with homeowners on system replacements and new installations.
