Litigation Paralegal SupervisorA leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Supervisor for its Los Angeles office (preferred), with Century City, Orange County, San Francisco, or Palo Alto also considered. This role oversees the firm's litigation paralegal staff across its California offices, serving as the key liaison between attorneys, partners, and paralegals to ensure quality service delivery. The Supervisor coordinates workflow and case assignments, monitors billable hour requirements and time and attendance, and guides paralegals on workload management and quality of work. Additional duties include identifying staffing needs, supporting recruitment, shaping training programs and onboarding for new hires, and leading performance evaluations. The role also carries an AI leadership component: championing firm-approved AI tools among litigation paralegals, training staff on prompt engineering and quality control of AI-generated work, piloting new AI workflows with attorneys, and partnering with knowledge management and legal technology teams on AI-driven process improvements.Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal at a major law firm, with supervisory experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, and trial experience are all valued. The annual compensation range is $180,000–$210,000.
