Paralegal

Law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their San Francisco office.


Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and post-trial matters
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, court filings, and procedural requirements under federal and state rules
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents; assist with cite-checking, proofreading, and legal research
• Maintain organized electronic case files and manage large volumes of litigation documents, productions, exhibits, and trial materials
• Manage Relativity databases, document review, discovery searches, productions, and case-related data
• Prepare deposition, witness interview, and trial materials, including exhibits, binders, notebooks, and electronic courtroom presentations
• Support internal investigations, regulatory matters, and compliance reviews
• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level paralegals; assist with onboarding and quality control

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree & Paralegal certificate required
• Minimum 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience required, preferably with an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm
• Familiarity with CompuLaw, PACER, TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments, or similar legal technology
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with Westlaw/LexisNexis and PDF/document management tools
