Alliant Property Management is seeking a Corporate Brand & Engagement Coordinator to help elevate our company brand, coordinate community and corporate events, and support marketing initiatives that showcase who we are and what we stand for.
This is a fun, energetic, and highly visible role where no two days are the same. You'll help create positive experiences for clients, business partners, and community associations while serving as a champion of the Alliant brand.
Position Summary
The Corporate Brand & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for protecting, promoting, and elevating the Alliant Association Management brand throughout Southwest Florida. This position ensures that the company's image, professional presence, community involvement, and corporate identity remain consistent across every office, event, vehicle, employee, and public interaction.
This is not a sales, marketing, or community management position. Instead, this role focuses on strengthening Alliant's visibility, reputation, and professional presence through organization, planning, branding, and corporate engagement.
The successful candidate will be energetic, organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about representing one of Southwest Florida's premier community association management companies.
Primary Responsibilities
Corporate Branding
- Maintain consistent corporate branding across all Alliant offices.
- Ensure all office signage reflects current company standards.
- Coordinate branding updates during office expansions or renovations.
- Oversee company vehicle graphics and ensure fleet branding remains current and professional.
- Coordinate employee business cards for new hires and existing staff.
- Manage branded apparel including polo shirts, jackets, hats, safety gear, name badges, and promotional items.
- Maintain inventory of branded materials.
Corporate Representation
- Coordinate Alliant's participation in Chambers of Commerce, industry organizations, networking groups, and business associations throughout Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota, and surrounding markets.
- Ensure memberships remain current and in good standing.
Research new organizations that strengthen Alliant's visibility and reputation
- Identify networking opportunities and recommend executive attendance.
- Maintain annual calendars for conferences, expos, luncheons, charity events, ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and industry meetings.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate Alliant's participation in community and industry events.
- Assist in planning the company's Annual Trade Show and Vendor Expo.
- Coordinate internal employee appreciation events, celebrations, recognition programs, and company functions.
- Assist executive leadership with special events and presentations.
- Coordinate event logistics including registrations, promotional materials, displays, apparel, and giveaways.
Corporate Communications Support
- Distribute information regarding upcoming networking opportunities to the Executive Team and Community Managers.
- Recommend events that align with Alliant's strategic goals.
- Coordinate RSVP tracking and attendance.
- Maintain corporate event calendars.
Brand Quality Control
- Ensure all company materials reflect current branding standards.
- Periodically audit offices, vehicles, uniforms, signage, printed materials, and promotional items.
- Recommend improvements that enhance Alliant's professional image.
- Work with approved vendors to maintain branding consistency.
Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Maintain relationships with promotional product vendors.
- Coordinate apparel orders and branded merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels for company promotional materials.
- Obtain pricing and coordinate purchasing approvals.
Qualifications

- Comfortable attending networking events and representing the company.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, corporate relations, public relations, branding, or project coordination preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
