Tech Strategy & Execution: AI & Change Leader

Job Description This role requires a mix of problem‑solving, fluency in enterprise technology, and experience on large‑scale change efforts. The senior associate will lead project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company, steering a culture transformation to achieve the full potential of emerging technologies in a large, global, complex technology organization while maintaining safety and soundness of the business processes. Job Responsibilities Define and deconstruct problems Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses Analyze operational and financial data Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources Prioritize issues, analysis, and team capacity Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business (LOBs) Identify implications and so whats of data and analysis within the team Contribute to concise communication materials for senior management Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 2+ years of experience from either a premier management consulting firm, OR from an investment banking division Diverse problem solving experience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across financial services sectors Experience driving agentic AI solutions to production in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services) An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written) to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required) Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer‑like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Financial Institutions Group (FIG) experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
