Cuevas Pools and Spas, a growing small business in Magnolia, TX, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Pool Cleaner to maintain and service residential pools. This role involves regular pool maintenance, ensuring water quality, and inspecting pool equipment to provide exceptional service to our clients. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for self-driven individuals who enjoy physical work and take pride in delivering trustworthy service.

Responsibilities

• Brush pool walls, steps, skimmer throats, and steps
• Vacuum pools and spas regularly
• Skim pool surface to remove debris
• Test water chemistry and add chemicals to balance water
• Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and cleaner bags
• Check filter pressure and backwash DE filters as needed
• Perform visual inspection of pool equipment
• Maintain clean and functional pool environments

Required Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Own vehicle required to travel to the shop; company trucks provided for route

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of pool chemistry
• Experience with pool equipment maintenance
• Strong attention to detail
