Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Bilingual Medical Receptionist Pay: $15.00-16.00 per hour, depending on experience We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to provide excellent service to patients while handling a variety of front-office responsibilities. Responsibilities Answer incoming patient phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify patient insurance information Route patient messages to the appropriate department, including prescription refill requests, referral inquiries, and other patient needs Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients with general questions Maintain accurate appointment and patient information Perform additional front office duties as needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to handle confidential patient information appropriately #J-18808-Ljbffr Burnett Staffing Specialists
