About the Role:
Ruhmann Law Firm in El Paso, TX is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our personal injury practice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and compassionate manner
• Answer and direct high-volume incoming phone calls, take messages, and manage the front desk
• Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations for attorneys
• Maintain and organize client files, legal documents, and intake records
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and correspondence
• Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys to ensure smooth daily office operations
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior receptionist, administrative, or front desk experience required; legal office experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Compassionate, client-focused attitude with a professional appearance
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or legal coursework a plus
