The Matos Law Firm is a growing, dynamic personal injury law firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal services. Compensation:$39,520 - $52,000 per year
Responsibilities:- Communicate with providers and internal team members, as well as occasional client contact (either over the phone or in-person)
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records, bills, and itemized statements
- Assist attorneys and paralegals in gathering and organizing evidence needed to support clients’ cases
- Help ensure all case files are current, complete, and ready for the next stage of litigation or settlement
- Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with deadlines and managing multiple open records requests
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word documents, Excel, and other Microsoft products
Matos Personal Injury Lawyers is a bilingual PI firm in Lakewood, CO, founded by attorney Lisandra Matos. BENEFITS
Flexible schedule (after 3 months): choose a 5-day week with 2 non-consecutive remote days, or a 4/10 week with 1 remote day. First 3 months are M–F, 8–5 in the office
Health, dental & vision: we cover 75% of your premium and 50% for spouse/dependents (begins at 3 months)
PTO: 8 hours accrued per month, usable as earned
Vacation: 1 week paid after your first year
401(k) available (no employer match at this time)
